The protein molecules in the body of human beings are known as enzymes. It is also prevalent in animals and plants. These act as change agents and make life processes happen. They play an important role in your body, out of which digestion is a vital role.

They are said to be actively present in sprouted grams and cereals rather than boiled grams. Canned and processed food kills these protein molecules present in them. Hence, eating it fresh is important in order to make them act. Sprouted or soaked grams make digestion easier. There is also deterioration of such protein molecules found when you consume too much food. Pancreas get exhausted when there is a greater pressure put on them to secrete more enzymes and at the same time impairs immune system. These molecules are present in every chemical reaction and process that takes place in your body. Right from the brain, nerve, muscle, glands to organs require them for their functioning. Unpasteurised milk, fresh fruits and vegetables, fermented foods, raw meat, sprouted seeds and nuts soaked in water are rich in such change agents. They not only promote digestion but also ...
... help absorption of essential nutrients in the food you consume.

Human body can absorb the nutrients from food they consume only in their presence. With birth, there is natural production of these protein molecules in infants. It gradually diminishes in growth as they grow and hence need to be replaced by consuming sprouted grams and cereals. Breast milk is in the raw, uncooked state which means it contains natural enzymes to aid in its digestion thus requiring little digestive effort on the part of the infant. It is also found in plenty in food products such as raw fruits and vegetables. Avoid canned, processed and packaged food which have no protein molecules present, it can only satiate your stomach but it does not fulfill the required amount of nutrient needed for your body.

Fast food habits and new cooking techniques kill the protein molecules or enzymes in food. Avoid cooking them as far as possible try eating them raw. You can have raw fruits as snacks. Vegetables can be eaten raw in the form of salads. Mix sprouted grams, vegetables together and add some salt and pepper to it, it definitely offers good taste and is rich in protein molecules required for the absorption of nutrients present in food. These are the interesting facts of life!
