Valle De Bravo Real Estate Expert Sees Many Opportunities For 2010
In a recent interview with TOPMexicoRealEstate, Arturo Hernandez, Valle de Bravo Real Estate expert, predicts a lot of movement in Valle de Bravo's market for the 2010 season. Hernandez points out that rentals, for example, are up at least 50% from 2009.
"These [renters] are people who will want to live here," says Hernandez. "Once they check it out, they will buy."
Valle de Bravo also offers Mexico Homes where you can, in the words of Hernandez, "just come and enjoy it, with no other worries."

Many of them visited Valle de Bravo on vacation, escaping the busy life of the big city, fell in love with the area, and decided to by a second home for vacations.
Since the town already has a thriving tourist industry, it offers many services and attractions. It is only a short drive away from Toluca - a large city which offers all services, and a wide range of large, international stores; Valle de Bravo is less than 2 hrs away from the Santa Fe financial district at the west end of Mexico City. This new financial district has been developed recently with top of the line healthcare and the largest shopping center in Mexico. While all of this is nearby, while Valle de Bravo itself offers a quiet, relaxing countryside lifestyle.
