On this hectic reborn do-it-now planet, where each moment is precious, juggling many things at once is expected. It even spills over into the way we do exercise - we catch an ipod moment while we skip, jump and twist, 'yes jim' she says 'by tomorrow' as she clocks the third mile of her jog. But there are bigger things between the sky and the deep blue sea! Do Nothing Exercise, a new fad in fitness, based on the idea that you can have your cake and eat it - passive workouts, and its gaining momentum. The principle agent of the armchair exercise is vibration training. Don't take it from me google vibration training George Clooney / Madonna/ Eastwood - you'll see it's becoming very popular, they tell you themeselves they are hooked.

So what's the low-down on vibration training? Simply put it is applying energetic vibration to areas of the body or "whole body", done obviously with a vibrating gismo. With the appropriate device and some basic common sense know-how in applying it, you're all set to harness the benefits of vibration training - in the living room, private and in the comfort of your own home. Couldn't get any ...
... easier, just standing there on a machine, could it? Imagine total body workout, enhancing your strength and flexibility as you jiggle and exercise on the vibrating machine. That's it!

Vibrating machines come in numerous forms, the vibrating platform of course, there are also massagers, vibrating dumbbells, mini plates and a diverse array of vibration add-ons. The most popular apparatus is the vibrating machine or platform because of its versatility, no nonsense use, ease of storage, though primarily it's the wide range of uses it can be put to.

The purpose of the vibrating platform is to give the 'whole body' beneficial, energetic oscillations whilst standing , kneeling or sitting, transmitted from the motor under the plate to the person standing, sitting or lying on the vibrating machine. The duration and intensity of the vibrations are defined by the what each persons requirement are (read instructions always!), but a 15 minutes workout done 1, 2 or 3 times a week give some good results.

The movers and shakers in the world have given 'a thumbs up' to vibration exercising - health clubs, fashion designers and universities too; ordinary people have been stung by the vibrating platform hubbub to keep themselves fit, happy and beautiful. They are looking out for themselves in the best way they can. And you should too!
