Very much. Most of the online food ordering service come with cash-on-delivery option. Online payments are secure as getting a payment gateway integration module is very difficult. So the banks or any third paty involved ensures that the owner does not misuse the information.

1. I am not tech savvy. How would I manage online business?
Again, it is not a rocket science. You simply need to remember your login and password and a few clicks here and there will give you all the information about your restaurant or tiffin services.
2. I am sometime unable to fulfill my present orders how will I fulfill online orders?
Online food ordering service is not simply food order management. It manages your entire business operation right from the time customer placing an order to delivering it. Your kitchen is managed optimally with no wastage and all orders are fulfilled timely.
3. Food order management is costly. I am unable to invest in it right now
This is again a wrong perception. Just because it’s software that manages your business efficiently, doesn’t mean that it is costly. Moreover, there are monthly subscriptions available and also some offer trial.
Online food ordering services are indeed a boon and are technologically advances, secure and reliable.
