You don't need to be a rocket scientist to create award-winning articles. You see, contrary to popular beliefs, producing compelling articles is relatively easy. You can do it even if you don't have relevant experience and even if you don't have a degree in communication or journalism. You just have to be committed and have a desire to succeed.

Here's how you can easily write your articles:

1. First, choose the topics for your articles. Simplify this process by considering the needs and demands of your target audience. You will not go wrong if you talk about their problems, their burning questions, their areas of interest, and their goals in life. If you're running an ebusiness, write those topics that are closely relevant to what you sell so you can maximize your benefits from this endeavor.

2. Breakdown your topics into 5 major points. This can help you save some research and writing time. List down the major information that you would like to include in your content. These are the things that you need to discuss using individual short paragraphs. For example, if you're writing about article marketing, ...
... you can discuss "article writing", "article submission", "writing resource box", "submitting articles to directories", and "using anchor texts on resource box".

3. Research. Do a quick research and obtain as much information as possible about your chosen topics. To save time, use only those websites or blogs that are reputable and those that are known to carry complete information.

4. Create killer titles. As this is what will grab your readers, it's a must that you make them sound very powerful. Although your titles must not contain more than 15 words, they must effectively summarize the gist of your content. Start the writing process by creating a punchy, catchy title. Doing this is relatively easy. Just make sure that you use powerful words and that you pique the curiosity of your readers. Use controversy as your weapon and you will not go wrong. If possible, you can also give your audience a reason why they should go ahead and read your articles.

5. Writing format. Your article must have introduction and article body. It can also contain conclusions based on the topics that you're discussing. Put the most important information on your introduction to easily get your audience to read on. Your article body must contain complete information so you can leave your audience well-informed.

6. Make your articles stand out from the crowd. With so many articles in the online arena, it can really get challenging to set your articles apart from the rest. But with your creativity, you can easily make this happen. Make your articles unique and extra powerful. They must contain information that your readers will not be able to find on other articles.

7. Use simple terms. Don't waste your time looking for big words as these will not be appreciated by your readers. They will like your articles even better if they are easy to understand. Use the terms that these people are very familiar with. If you need to use technical terms or acronyms, I suggest that you define them first before you insert them on your content.

8. Keep your articles short. Online users are pressed for time and they don't have the patience to spend hours reading articles. Help them out by keeping your articles tight and very short. As much as possible, make them run 600 words or less.

9. Proofread your articles. This is the best way to end the process. Review your articles or better yet, show them to neutral third parties for feedback. Review and revise until you're completely satisfied.
