You may experience heart burn conditions and indigestion due to gastro esophageal reflux disease and hiatal hernia. Highly acidic food may also be the prime culprit of such digestive problems leading to vomiting and head ache. A natural remedy from the comforts of your own house will work wonder.

Over the counter medicines do nothing to treat the underlying causes of heartburn. What most people fail to realize is that these medications simply treat the symptoms of acid indigestion. Eat small frequent meals rather than 3 huge meals every day. Do not eat and sleep immediately. Give a break of at least one hour before you retire. Do not forget to eat your meals on time. Herbal tea such as Ginger tea and other preparations such as blackberry, raspberry, mint and chamomile after meal reduces indigestion. Mint and peppermint juice is used to treat digestive disorder. Eat holy basil leaves with salt and repeat this 4 times a day for one week for complete reconditioning of stomach. Most of your diseases can be cured by basil leaves, it is better to plant them at home if you don't have one. Drink aloe vera juice to boost your immune system. Chinese remedy to digestive problems include Dong Quai extract. This is very effective in resolving the symptoms of indigestion. Female ginseng also known as quai, Dong Quai, Angelica sinensis, danggui or Chinese angelica.
