India is a country, rich in natural resources. There is large variety of minerals found in different part of the country. So it is the place where miscellaneous industries are grown very fast. It develops the economical condition of the country. Also the products from these industries have a great demand in other countries. Thus India earns foreign money by exporting them. So it is very important to save and utilize these resources properly.

Iron, aluminum, manganese, coal, petroleum are some very common minerals which has huge demand in the industrial area for manufacturing necessary things. But we get these elements as ore or as crude form. Then they are purified by different processes. Sometimes they are mixed with other minerals or heated to get the best and useful form of them. Soft metals become hard after processing. To improve the features of these metals they are mixed with other elements. When two or more metals are mixed to get a well featured and strong element, it is called alloy. They have great demand in manufacturing business as they are strong and have different new features in them.

Iron is mixed with other elements like manganese, aluminum it is called ferro alloy. With the increasing growth of steel industries, there is a huge demand of this alloy to make steel. Steel is a necessary metal which is used for different purpose in our daily life. Utensils, electrical equipments, transportation are some very common and useful field where steel is used. Numbers of ferro alloys are produced in industries. Among them ferro manganese and high carbon ferro alloys are very common and used mostly in industries.

Iron and aluminum are blended to form ferro aluminum which has enormous demand in steel industries. 30% to 75% of aluminum is there with rest of iron in ferro aluminum along with very small amount of carbon, sulphur, manganese, copper, phosphorus and lead. They have deoxidizing properties in it and are used in welding electrode manufacture. Ferro alloy thermite is made with it. Ferro alloy thermite is needed to cut metals or for welding purpose. Ferro aluminum is available in different grade as per requirements.

When iron and manganese are combined together along with silicon, phosphorus, carbon, sulphur, it forms high carbon ferro manganese. Manganese has a motorized strength in it which gives an exceptional property in this alloy. Maximum 6%-8% carbon is present in this alloy. It is produced in electric blast furnace or arc furnace. Having high deoxidizing property, it can make fine quality steel. Low melting point and high anti oxidant features make it more useful and effective element in industries.

Steel making industries are growing in different part of India for the vast demand of steel in our day to day life. Different kind of ferro alloys are needed in huge amount to supply in these industries. Ferro Alloys Manufacturer India can meet the demand of steel industries. Ferro Alloys Exporter India supply high quality ferro alloys to their world wide clients.
