The 7 Reasons That People Use As To Why They Can't Succeed When Losing Weight And How To Fix Them!
Losing weight is actually pretty easy. It's the "getting there" part that's hard. It seems like everyone always has an excuse as to why they can't lose weight. Well, what if someone took ALL your excuses (you know you use them!), and came back at you with a debate as to how you could change that excuse! For example, I was looking for a website on how to lose weight, and they had a free report where you could get information on how to get the perfect bikini bodies you really want, and what is the quickest way to lose belly fat (which seems to be a MAJOR problematic area).
They also had an excuse and debate section and one of the "excuses" that people give was "I just don't have the time or the energy to workout". The writer wrote a little bit about your excuse and then obliterated it by making you realize that you actually DO have time - and the whole "I'm tired" is just a cop-out in reality because working out and eating right actually MAKES you feel better and more energized! Personally, I like being called out if I'm doing something that is an excuse or something that isn't making me healthy.

... report not only made you realize that you excuse really is an excuse, but they gave you positive reinforcements and taught you some stuff you might not know about. For example, on the "I just don't have the time or the energy to workout" excuse the writer of the free report commented along with something like this:
"Wrong! Living this high stress, low energy, fast-paced lifestyle will only cause your health and your body to deteriorate faster. This will leave you more stressed out and with less energy. Getting fit will make you more alert, more focused, clear your mind, give you more energy, quite simply it will make you more productive overall in every aspect of your life. So it not just about losing weight, it's about sharpening your mind and body to succeed in all of the challenges life throws at you."
It's just a nice wake up to realizing what you are really saying and how much of a cop out it really is! I know, we would love to just sit on the couch and eat what we want, and do nothing all day. But doing that? Really does make you fat, tired, and even depressed. However, if you really want to feel healthy, look good and be happy - these reports could teach you the mistakes of your way and how to fix them! Another site I found online actually offered a product - it was a program of sorts that included all kinds of stuff like an ebook, reports, training sessions, eating guidelines, recipes, plans and sample menus and ALL kinds of other things that you could put into use.
Of course this is going to cost you money - but it's really not a lot if you think about all of the items they are offering to you! In the end, it doesn't really matter to me WHICH product or site you choose - I just hope you stop making excuses for yourself, and start doing something about it. It doesn't matter if you want to learn how to eat better, how to exercise more efficient or you want to learn fast easy weight loss for teens, adults or elderly people. THESE sites are going to be your best bet - and your first initial step. Are you ready?!?
