Old age comes with lots of hazards. Like physical, mental, social hazards, etc. Among all these types of hazards, physical hazards play an important role because we all know how much health plays an important role in our life, through out the life span.

Make shelves of your kitchen and anywhere else that is within your range so you can easily reach them and you don’t need to use a stool. In any case you need to use a stool to make sure it is steady and secure. It’s better to keep your day to day things at a lower shelves.

To prevent falls at bathroom use anti slip shower mat. You can also use grab rails and mat outside of the bathing place for this purpose. At bedroom use sufficient lighting. Make sure you can easily reach for the lights at night. Or you can use night lamps also
