Looking toward the small cap space, Pan Ocean Container Supplies Ltd. (OTCPK:PAOC) has just recently come in play simultaneously through an 8-for-1 forward stock split along with a share acquisition agreement between the company (formerly Nevaeh Enterprises, Ltd.) and Pan Ocean Shipping Container Supplies Ltd. of China (POSCS). The agreement makes POSCS a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pan Ocean Container Supplies.
PAOC utilizes innovative solutions to build industry-leading shipping and multipurpose containers. Unlike TAL Industries, Pan Ocean manufactures containers and focuses on a green, eco-friendly, lightweight design strategy in developing advanced, high-quality, high-yield cargo containers. This stock does have a limited trading history and is certainly one of the risks involved, but after watching the market begin to establish itself where it doesn't hold a spread of $0.25x$3.70 and is instead $1.90x$2.06 as of Friday's close, this should be something to keep on watch especially after Pan Ocean seems to have gone through the proper channels in establishing its Chinese operating entity under a U.S.-based parent company.
