We all know how hard it is to find an appropriate accomodation when visiting a foreign country or another city. Many of us search the web for weeks and days before we come up with at least a decent solution for our problem. Such a problem occurs almost every time. B&Bs are definitely the cheapest and most cost-effective accomodation. Some people would underestimate the importance of B&Bs stating that they might not be confident or reliable. But, there are many reasons to reassure all of them. Namely, it is well known that B&B is a kind of accomodation that considers a bed and a breakfast. They are NOT hotels. B&Bs are lodging establisments made in private and family homes. That is why choosing B&B will give You a sense of welcome and warm house atmposphere.

As for B&Bs in Sydney, we can say that they are cheap and still they provide You a meal and a clean bedroom with a bathroom. B&B in Sydney has always a kind and good-natured hosts who will help You and give advice on anything needed.

When choosing B&B that best fits to You and Your company, pay attention to several things:

•Make sure its location meets all the requirements (it's close to the center, sights, airport or bus station or any other institution that is relevant to Your visit)

•Make sure the room You take is clean, quiet and with its own bathroom (indeed, there are some B&Bs that have one bathroom which is used by all the visitors at a time)

•Price!!! Make sure it's not expensive. Take into consideration hotel and hostel prices.

When it comes to Sydney, there are many B&Bs in offer. All of them are described as clean, neat and warm. However, they vary in a few things. As already mentioned, there are B&Bs offering a bed but no separate bathroom. There are B&Bs that do not have many options for breakfast. Or there are B&Bs that take a long rides to the center or the airport.
B&Bs can be found in many regions of Sydney. While searching the internet, one can find many of them in suburbs: Sydney CBD or The Rocks. For example, if You are staying in The Rocks suburb, You can easily come to The Opera House (and all the touristic attractions near it).

Another city location where one can find a suitable B&B is Glebe. If choosing to stay in this region then everything would we near to You. It's only 3 km walk to the city and 20 minutes drive to the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with plenty of great restaurants and shops.

The next popular location for B&Bs is Newtown (which belongs to the Inner West region). There are Sydney University and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital nearby and there are regular bus and train lines for CBD and The Opera House.
