This is the way things are planned to work, but reality is a bit different. Appetite suppressants are not meant to replace meals, because no body system can operate without nutrients.
Feeling no hunger is another form of starvation with very serious consequences for the overall health condition. Without food you will first experience weakness, then dizziness, inability to concentrate and deal with daily tasks, and even anemia if things are pushed further on.
