There are a number of human beings with a number of problems which are different from each other. A number of child and adult individuals are there who are suffering from various disorders. Some have physical disabilities whereas some are suffering from mental disorders. Each of them has a scientific name. The symptoms are different from individual to individual. Those individuals possess a different behavior other than the normal individuals. These behavioral differences are the reasons for them to get an uncanny attitude from the normal people. The physical or medical, psychological or mind problems of the special care need individuals cannot be controlled by the family members.


Many families are there throughout the world that is in great distress due to any such family members who are very much in need of special cares. The remaining world sympathizes or sometimes become rude to their abnormal behaviors. Some cannot hear properly and one word has to be repeated for several times. For this purpose a specially trained person is needed who can understand them well and behave accordingly. The child with special needs have several backlogs for which they are unable to succeed in every field, specially in the education line. The parents feel anxious and find no way to give proper education and feel helpless.


Earlier these children with special disorders are treated similarly with the psychiatric patients. But slowly these special individuals are being treated with special cares. There are many organizations, many NGO s and many local groups who are interested to treat these people and help them, along with their family. Many online agencies are also present who are in this profession. They are Working with Students with Special Needs and help the child along with their parents and family members.


There are some plans which are to educate the parents about the special education needed for their special child. Parents are the best guide and advocate for a child and the children are also more comfortable with their best guides of life. There are many such special education plans for the disabled child and their family members. The special education 504 plan is a special plan for the child who needs a unique care. Some features are there which are maintained for these children. Accommodation for the special child those who have deformities in the body must be taken care of. Like wheel chairs must be there for those who are unable to walk properly or staircases are replaced by special sloping paths through which the wheel chairs can move. If any special students have chronic illnesses they should be treated separately. This plan is actually made under Rehabilitation Act of 1973, section 504 which is a federal civil rights law.
