How To Tone Your Muscles The Easy Way
Want that lean and fit body that is so much the craze these days among many people? Well the only way to achieve that look is to get your muscles toned. We all take to cardio vascular exercises hoping to tone our muscles. What we forget is cardio exercises help us burn calories, get rid of fat and keep us fit but in no way do they help tone muscles. The easy way to tone muscles is to increase the number of repetitions with light weights. Yoga and even Pilates is known to help tone muscles. Long term yoga practitioners have a supple well toned body. The yoga postures done in a leisurely way work on toning the muscles.
Take up exercises like squats, push-ups, triceps and other forms of exercises that use your body weight as resistance. This is a wonderful way to tone up the muscles. Cardio kickboxing, where you jump, kick, jab and punch are a great way to tone muscles. A good cardio workout done regularly helps you loose all those extra flab which conceal the muscles.
