We must realize that the health we have is the greatest wealth. The advantages of good health must be introduced first to our children, since they are still young, so that they can choose a healthy lifesyle when they older. Sometimes some parents let their child to eat unhealthy food, and think , oh, they are still young, so it doesn't matter they eat everything ( unhealthy food ), this is the wrong notion, why?? Because the children live and grow like what they have been taught. It is not good. They will eat the same one, unhealthy food, when they are already grow up. The responsible parents will teach a general health tips for their children to do and to make a good habit until they bring when they become older. All these would be affect to the children such as training to live right also eat healthy. It is wise to teach children to drink plenty of water instead of carbonated beverage. Drinking plenty of water can work wonders on the skin children, person and on the overall health of a person.

The child should teach also the good sanitation as a part of their life , like the habits of washing hand with water and soup before eat, sanitation of their bed room, their play room, or garden,etc. This practical actually can minimize the transfer of bacteria also to prevent the child from sickness. For the parents, we should not to forget completing required vaccination for children. All the tips for healthy life must be practiced first by the parents as good examples for the children. And for our family, togather we must take care of our family's health and quality of life.
