Home service is more favorable for elderly people because of the difficulty they face going to hospitals periodically for their treatment and it’ll be better if the trend continues. For it to last, health agencies would need to restructure the service in such a way that it'll work on a large scale.

The ailments that can be treated conveniently by house call doctors include stomach pains, fever, burns, and sprains, injuries requiring dressing or stitches, and many others. This is because they don't need sophisticated equipment to handle such ailments.

Apart from individuals, large companies also adopt the house call method for their employees and the bills are usually settled by the company. Once an employee in the company is unable to perform his/her duties due to sickness, he/she is asked to relax at home while a physician is requested to go check up on the employee and administer treatments.

In conclusion, technology is also finding its way to house call services as doctors now come with a computer device which they use to run several tests in order to diagnose the cause of an ailment and administer the necessary medications.
