Constipation is the result of lack of bowel movement due to lesser intake of water. This causes bowel problems and makes one feel highly uncomfortable. A person suffering from bowel ailments feel his stomach is heavy and these bowel movements are quite sluggish and are less frequent. It is hard to throw stool out of the body as it is dry and hard.

Common symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome are pain in the lower abdomen, pain that is relieved by defecation and bloating. It is best to treat your bowel related ailments at the earliest.
