Constipation is the result of lack of bowel movement due to lesser intake of water. This causes bowel problems and makes one feel highly uncomfortable. A person suffering from bowel ailments feel his stomach is heavy and these bowel movements are quite sluggish and are less frequent. It is hard to throw stool out of the body as it is dry and hard.

Symptoms of less frequent bowel movements are swollen stomach, headache, unwellness. When bowel problems are severe it may lead to rupturing of rectum as one forces himself to pass hard stool. It is the toxins which get expelled from your body along with your stool. When there is lesser bowel movements these toxins remain in the body till you expel them. There are several over the counter medicines to treat your problems. But if you use them frequently there is a tendency of getting addicted to it. It treats constipation as well as diarrhea. It breaks down certain elements in the body to produce useful components which are essential in the build up of the body. It absorbs the most essential nutrients in the food products such as proteins and minerals. In some individuals it moves from one extreme to the next. A change in the stool is often a symptom of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It is also believed that those that have other conditions are more likely to experience IBS.

Such probiotic food is healthy and helps treat constipation and keeps your bowel movement in healthy condition. Common symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome are pain in the lower abdomen, pain that is relieved by defecation and bloating. It is best to treat your bowel related ailments at the earliest. If you ignore it then they may lead to serious complications.
