New Announcements Made By Kcr To Boost Hyderabad's Realty Sector
In a bid to boost the real estate in Hyderabad, India the Telangana Chief Minister Mr. K. Chandrasekhar Rao has announced several major developments to boost the market segment. The chief minister clearly seemed inspired by his recent visit from Singapore and he plans to develop real estate in Hyderabad in a similar fashion. Some of the announcements that he made to boost the real estate in Hyderabad, India are as following:
World-class roads will be developed that will measure upto 1,000 km. This project demands an investment of around Rs.10,000 crore. Roads of 500 km would be made in the next two years and the remaining 500 km would be made in another two years.
Two corridors that would connect all the four corners of Hyderabad would be made.
Around four lakh LED street lights would be installed that would replace the existing street lights of the city.
To tackle the traffic congestion, east-west four-lane corridor will be constructed between Vanasthalipuram and Ramachandrapuram.

... corners of the capital city of Telengana.
Around 1,500 major as well as medium rain water drains will be made or restored to tackle the unwanted problem of flooding of roads and colonies during the monsoon season.
Another outer ring rod is also being proposed, this outer ring road will have special clusters and townships like sports city, health city, pharma city and cinema city.
There are plans to hire global consultants to prepare a new master plan for the city. The new plan will be made after looking at its requirements, like development of Information Technology Investment Region(ITIR).
A new airport is also being planned, the new airport will come up Shameerpet at the city outskirts.
For fast clearance of Hyderabad properties a single window clearance system would be introduced soon.
Removal of Non-Agricultural Land Assessment (NALA) tax. This tax is imposed on real estate firms.
Discarding outdated rules such as mandatory permission required from civil aviation ministry before construction of Hyderabad properties and buildings, for faster clearance and approvals.
Mr. K. Chandrasekhar Rao while making all the announcements asserted the fact that hi government is focused to create an hassle free environment for rel estate developers and builders. He stated that he wants to make real estate in Hyderabad a priority for him as well as his newly formed government.
