Apart from formal exercise, you can go for dancing, playing, skipping rope, these are physical exercises which gives you pleasure along with reduced weight.

Disciplined Eating: Skipping meals or eating all the time, both are harmful. First, one should be careful what he is eating and secondly one should keep in mind at what time he is eating. Whichever time suits you go for it but atleast maintain discipline in your eating time. Make a fix time and follow it religiously. Avoid eating late at night.

Go slow and steady: For any of your weight loss programs, don’t try to get results hastily. It is not important how early you get your reduced weight, it is important to have an effective and healthy weight loss program. Take your time and make goals for weight loss for a good stretch of time. Allow your body to work with at its pace and see long lasting effective results.
