Change Your Life In 100 Days

On 1 January 2009, we all had 365 days to make a difference in 2009. Many of us set goals for the year ahead and plotted a course of action to accomplish them. But what results have you realised so far?
With about 100 days left until the end of the year consider the following:
1. What particular results have you accomplished this year?
2. Are you ahead, behind or just treading water?
3. What goals do you want to complete by year end?
4. What bad habits do you need to quit to get better outcomes?
5. What is the main problem that prevents you from performing at your best?
If you're like most people, you may not be on target to achieve your goals and with 265 days of the year already passed it's easy to resign on 2009 and start a fresh a new in 2010.
But is doesn't have to be that way. All you have to do is:
1. START doing the things you need to do to achieve your goals.
2. STOP doing the things you just shouldn't be doing.
If you do just these two things, you can make huge gains towards your goals and a substantial change to your life.
This ...
... is all achieveable through the practice of responsibility. Responsibility serves and protects your integrity, standing and goals. It ensures that you achieve what you want to achieve.
Throughout every part of your life it is critical to understand that any incomplete goal, venture or relationship is the result of broken promises, unsatisfied commitments, and lack of responsibility for ones actions.
The one thing we all have in common is that we all love a challenge. For some it could be a goal that puts you to the test, a hurdle that needs to be beaten, a belief system that is pleading for a breakthrough, or even a mountain that just dares you to climb it.
Whatever it is, your attitude needs to be LET'S Do IT, as there is nothing quite like a good old fashioned challenge to see the stuff you're made of and to push the boundaries and test your limits. It is only when we conquer these challenges that we get to harvest the sweetest rewards.
So challenge yourself to make what's leftof 2009 count by getting it all together for the home stretch during these last 100 days. Dream big dreams and take the actions needed to make them your reality.
