Elements found in nature are huge in number and are classified according to their nature of behavior as metals, non-metals, alkaline earth metals, noble gases etc.The elements which are metals or non metals are found in the impure form in nature as ores. From the ores the pure elements are obtained by various process. The industrial elements used in the crude form have some physical or mechanical properties which can be enhanced by combining with two or more elements to form a combination called alloy. These alloys have increased properties like strength, density, electrical and thermal conductivity, toughness than the parent element.


The steel products due to their strength and toughness properties are used in our daily life. Among other alloys, Ferro alloys found wide application in industrial sector manufacturing steel. They are used to obtain better quality of steel. So throughout the world the steel manufacturing industries are in need of alloy of Iron supply in large scale. ... these alloys all over the world. Generally USA, Canada, Australlia, Russia etc are supplying these alloys where the electric supply is plenty. For countries manufacturing steel other than the above mentioned countries are in vast loss as they have to import these alloys from those countries. If the steel manufacturing countries have their own unit of producing these alloys or at least the Iron based alloy manufacturing industries are situated near the steel manufacturing industries then the transport cost for the collection of these alloys are reduced which in turn save a lot of loss to the industries.


Also these industries will serve as a source of employment to many unemployed youth. So if one is searching for a job in the industrial field they can try in these alloy manufacturing industries. Whenever any industry is formed it requires a lot of labour to operate the machines and produce the products either chemical method or mechanical method. The chemical reactions include many chemical hazards which needs many safety measures to be taken. These alloy manufacturing industries mainly deals with complex chemical processes so safety measure are a must.


Many alloys of iron are manufactured in the industries but the Iron based Aluminum and Iron based Silico Manganese are mostly used in the steel manufacturing industries. The alloy of Iron and Aluminium is the first preference to most of the steel producing industries, next comes the Silico Manganese alloy of Iron. Alloy formed from Iron and Aluminium produces Ferro Aluminium whereas the mixture of Iron , Silicon and Manganese forms the Ferro Silico Manganese. Aluminium has the property of oxidizing whereas Silico Manganese acts as a nodulizing agent. According to the varying percentage of the component elements the alloy formed have different grades. These grades name vary from company to company as these are trade names. In the near future some more industries manufacturing these alloys of iron are supposed to grow as there is the increase in growth of the steel industries.
