Pen drives, also known as memory sticks, USB sticks or flash drives, are one of the most useful pieces of technology available. They work as miniature storage devices that are highly durable, non-volatile and small enough to be used as a keyring. This means that using a pen drive you can have all of your files and data safely in your pocket at all times. This has a massive number of advantages, and owning and carrying a memory stick can greatly improve multiple areas of your life. Here's how a pen drive can greatly help you in multiple areas in just one day.

You wake up first thing and take your keys with you to work with your pen drive attached seamlessly as a keyring it doesn't even require you to remember that you're meant to be taking it. Once you're at work you then settle down to work as normal, but with your pen drive inserted to allow you to access personal files and to save the occasional back up of your work. On the other hand, if they have lousy taste in music you can then change the playlist to some songs you've brought with you and add a bit of class to the atmosphere.
