Since 1976 the Annual World Body Surfing Championships has attracted the best in the sport. Nearly 400 surfers will compete in men’s and women’s categories. Heats begin at 6:30 a.m. and spectators come out to watch the competitions. The San Diego Event is a chance to enjoy spending time outdoors enjoying the beautiful scenery and the exciting competitions.
