(i) Have a healthy diet and ignore heavy meal at night, avoid eating spicy and oily food. (j) You better stay away from all the dairy products. (k) Make sure of one thing that you get a better sleep for that you should wake up and sleep on time.(l) A regular exercise can improve your lung and breathing capacity, it also helps in keeping your nasal passages in good condition.
