Residents from the country and out of the country come here to pursue higher education as well as to mold their career in various fields. Challenges in Bengaluru

Bangalore is the best Indian city when it comes to quality of living for expatriates, but it has some drawbacks too. Surviving with expensive living, food cost and hectic city life is an immense challenge. Bengaluru has one of the highest numbers of cigarette smokers. Further Bangalore has been identified as one of the 14 cities having high levels of particulate matter. Heavy traffic with lack of exceptional public transport has added to discontent.
