Fresher’s have to undergo intense training to make them selves suited for the job. The training include accent training, listening skills, 'slang' training, accent neutralization, telephone etiquette, telesales etiquette and cyber grammar, interaction skills, customer relationship, management skills and call center terminology. There is no standardized training period. It can be between two weeks to twelve weeks depending on the project. First of all, there are different kinds of customer service call centers to choose from. Some may deal with answering customer questions and handling customer problems, while others have a certain sales aspect to them. However, regardless of the type of call center you choose, customer service will play the biggest role in how you perform your job. The whole procedure of career planning should be preferably done in combination with your career counselor , such that you have professional guidance at every step .
