Private Leisure International has finally agreed to accept the appointment to become exclusive rental agent of The Khayangan Estate. Very long discussion has been started from at least a year ago, which went into close negotiation within the last few weeks, and finally a contract signed on August 27th 2009 by both parties.



Owned and built by the couple who own and run a successful wooden furniture manufacturer, Mark and Jasmine Saunders-Davies, all the living areas, the six en-suite bedrooms, and service quarters are housed in separated hundred years old antique wooden house transported from their original location in Central Java. Modern comfort including air conditioning, best mattress and audio video equipment in the bedroom as well as jacuzzi in each en-suite bathroom were carefully dissolved in.
