How many people dream of becoming the next Gordon Gekko? Day trading stocks, watching charts. Adrenaline rushes as they watch their stocks soar into the stratosphere or crash and burn. Sitting there with those eighties pin stripes and braces barking out new orders. greed is good Oh what a dream.

Reality 101. Day trading is the dream of many people stuck in their dreary jobs. Getting a pay rise when their boss sees fit or when someone dies and they get a promotion. They start dreaming of day trading from home. Making five times as much and being master of their universe. Sadly the reality is a lot tougher than that.

Many enter day trading in what I call dream mode. The reality is it is a business. It's not a get rich quick scheme. Yes if you learn your trade well you can make good money. But to go form a complete novice to making six figures day trading from home it just isn't going to happen.

You must first learn your new trade. Would you seriously jump into any new business without some kind of training? And yet here you are going to day trade against professional funds with years of experience.

... realist. About 10% per month is doable for good traders. So if you only have $5,000 to day trade with is 10% or $500 per month enough? How will you pay the bills, keep the stress away, and build your account?

There is a short cut. Get to tap into the mind of someone doing what you want. This might seem expensive but in fact it's cheap and good business. It will shave years off your learning curve and end up saving you many times what you paid for it.
