Anti-spam filters are the main focus of all internet service provider. If you provide good and clean email accounts, you will grow.

What about your company? Email marketing is a good way to advertise legally and optimize your results over ther internet. Sending an email campaign is not that easy, and having your emails delivered is quite hard as well.

We'll give some tips on formatting your email bodies, so that your emails are optimously delivered:

1) First one, avoid many images. The email body should contain at least 70% text and no more than 30% images. Spam filters should read images and consider it as exclusively-ad email. Merging your emails with text content and some images, will make anti-spam systems consider it as a clean email.

2) Most companies use an email signature at the end, with 1-2 images. Why not look the same?

3) Avoid usual spam terms like s*x, v**gra... Spam filters really hate this terms and will imediately block them.

4) If you have control of your email header, avoid terms like "phpmail" or "aspmail". Only use the host of your server, and your company name ...
... instead, e.g.: "toy shop mail"

5) Create a separate domain to send mass mailing, and make sure your resverse PTR host is configured. You can check this configuration with your provider.

Having your emails accepted is not a hard job. You should keep in mind: do not send thousands of emails per hour. Keep it slowly and polite. No one likes to receive dozens of ad letters per day
