Sewage Treatment Plants Keep Waste Water In Control And Preserve Environment
Water purification process involves removal of undesirable chemicals, biological contaminants, suspended solids and gases from contaminated water. The water is make use in drinking and for other purposes doesn’t originate in its potable state i.e., it is not fit and safe for drinking. In order to make it fir for human consumption, water goes through several purification stages which are based on different purification systems and methods. The effluent from industries and municipalities contain several organisms and several dissolved inorganic substances. Effluent is basically the waste liquid discharged from homes and commercial facilities that flows to sewer systems. Since effluent comprise of solid waste particles hence it must be filtered and treated before releasing it back to the environment via sewage treatment plants.
There are various waste water management companies that manufacture and install effluent treatment plant which is essential to purify the waste. Trienviro is one of effluent treatment Plant Company that offers ETP for application in various industries like glass factories, leather industry, diaries, ...
... paint shop, chemical and processing industry etc. Effluent treatment plants are not just necessary for potable water requirement but effluent treatment is necessary for environment protection. There are a few simple steps following which effluent is treated in the treatment plants. In the very step, the effluent discharged from different manufacturing industries is bought for primary filtration in the treatment plants. After initial filtration process cooling and mixing is done then the water is neutralized by acid or alkali. Now, comes chemical co-agulation stage and after next two stages of setting and separation of sludge and pressure filtration the water is discharged from the effluent treatment unit to drain to the environment.
Sewage treatment plants also contribute a lot to our society. These plants are also called as a domestic wastewater treatment plant and in these units the sewage is cleaned which is released from domestic and commercial sources. Generally, sewage treatment plants do not involve the cleaning up of waste that is discharged from dirty sources. There are mainly three stages in a sewage treatment plant, namely primary, secondary and tertiary. In the initial stage, the easy-to-remove substances are taken out from the wastewater. Second stage is aimed to remove extract maximum biological contaminants from the water. With the usage of various methods, the biological containments are reduced in wastewater. Tertiary is the final stage which is aimed to make the water as clean as possible before releasing it into the environment. If phosphorus or nitrogen is found in excess amount than extra treatment is done so as to get rid of all dirt and contaminants. Usually, tertiary process involves the usage of chlorination or UV treatment.
Sewage treatment plants are very significant to our society and it would be really very difficult to control waste water in the absence of these treatment plants. Also, these treatment plants prevent the spread of diseases and help in preserving environment from contaminated water discharge.
