Many Cultures and many religions have placed a mystical power in custom gemstone jewellery. This has of course been especially so in unusual gemstone jewellery.

Now no one says it will work as they say in folklore, but they say that the power of the mind is very strong and if you believe then it is half the battle. This is where I think the argument for the mystical powers of gemstones lies.
