One of the attractions of becoming involved in martial arts is the conditioning and fitness levels you may achieve and how this can change the way that you look. The initial phase focuses on your present level of fitness and addresses nutrition and mental mindset for the main training. It also has software that help you monitor how you're progressing during the entire training.

The program comes with a detailed guide and worksheets that describe what exactly you have to do for each exercise and the amount of rest you require in between. Additionally, it comes with a nutrition guide that you can follow so that you can get the appropriate foods to build muscle and endurance. To ensure the training is as comprehensive as possible, there are streaming videos of all the exercises and tests and access to a forum for support. The post camp phase gives you a chance to view your results and achievements.
