Always carry dry food items along with you whenever you are going for trekking. Chocolates, resins, dried fruits, nuts, macaroni and cheese are some of the common items that you can carry along with you.

Every area has its specific customs which many of us are not aware of and as a result we may end up violating it. So ask your guide about the local traditions and follow them as much as possible.
