After the CD manufacturing process is over, a coat of varnish is applied over it to protect the information it in. This varnish coat protects from scratches, bending of the CD or dropping it. The CD is now ready for printing. The process of silk screen printing or offset printing is used to print the labels on the CD. The right label has to be printed on the right CD.
