Project Description : The Project is in large quantity forms for create database
Input Data : Work create database in given excel sheet offline
Output Data : After the data has been feuded into the software database
need to be loaded into the server of the client which
completes the work delivery of the day.
Seats Required : Minimum seat capacity should be 8 seats per slot.
Payout : Rs.6 per Form, 12 Row per form
Turnaround Time : 30 days in a month
Billing Cycle : Monthly
Workload : Unlimited work load, 2,800 form have to complete per seat
Tools Used : Software tool provided by company
Contract Period : 11 Months
Challenges Faced : 10% royalty for 6 Months.

Document Requirement
• Company should be Pvt. Ltd.
• Last 6 Months Bank Statement, ITR of last 1 years
• Company profile with pictures of existing infrastructure
• Pan Card (Company & Director both).
• Center has to pay Rs. 2 Lac Procurement fee + Service Tax.
