Take Red chilly powder, Cumin seeds and dried Coriander seeds 25 gm each, 50 grams of Mango powder, 10 grams of Black pepper powder, salt, 1 tablespoon of black salt, half teaspoon of Asafoetida, 1 teaspoon of Citric acid. Roast Cumin seeds and Coriander seeds, when completely roasted let them cool down and grind them to form a powder. Add this powder with other ingredients and mix well to form an even mixture. You can use this powder with one liter of plain water to make smacking Pani Puri.
