The diet level is not sufficient to maintain that level whereas we have to give proper time duration to our sleep. Some of the supplements like Prozac will not cause side effects by producing excessive amount of serotonin particles in our body whereas precursors like 5-hydro oxy tryptomene which are playing important roles. So we have to develop a good and sound health by maintaining a better level of serotonin which can only be possible by sustaining a good schedule life.
