Hair Protection From Harmful Uv Rays
In India summers are very hot so it brings along with it many uninvited skin and hair problems. Due to scorching heat hair turns dry and limpy. Step 4 - Drink plenty of water to remain hydrated.
Minimum of 3 litres of water intake is advisable during summers. A glass full of coconut water can act as a supplment if drinking water in this quantity is not feasible.
Step 5 - Scalp should be shampooed reguarly.
Regular hair washes with mild shampoos will help your scalp to wash away dirt and oil which gets accumalated in it. By doing this you can also fight back with problems of oily dandruff as washing will lead to remove of excess amount of sebum from the scalp.
