Grey Hair Myths

Most of us do not want to have grey hair till eternity but unfortunately it hits one someday or the other.

If one has started to see grey color hair the reason behind it is that the melanocytes within it are not functioning optimally to provide the pigment melanin which in turn gives black color to the hair by passing to the hair shaft via the hair follicles during the growing phase of the hair.
These melanocytes are present on the junction of epidermal and the dermal layer of the skin.
So plucking of hair in other words termed as epilation of hair just pulls out the hair along with its connective tissue and therefore there is no reason why you should get more grey stands in that region.
Fact 2 - Plucking of one of them would not give you multiple grey strands in the same region.
So having said that plucking of grey strands will not give more grey strands in the same region still if some where your subconscious mind finds hard to believe this then it's better that you don't pluck them.
