London broil refers to a tasty and special dish that can be prepared by grilling and broiling. Dutch Oven London Broil

Set Dutch oven to medium heat. Pour the oil in a baking dish. Add the meat and drizzle pepper on the meat. Place the meat inside the oven and cook for 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Add the onion soup mix and return the dish to the oven. Change the setting of the oven to low heat. Cover the dish and return to oven. Cook for an hour. Remove the dish from the oven and transfer in a clean plate.
