When you talk about a person's height, there are factors involved. A person could be tall or short, depending on genetics, nutrition, and several other variables.

If you want to be taller, you will have to set aside the genetics factor because there is nothing you can do to control or alter that. What you can do is to focus on the things that you have control over, as these are the factors that can help you grow taller.

Although many people may discourage you when you aim to add more inches to your height, you should not give in. You see, contrary to what others say, you can still add about 2 inches to your height, at the very least. In fact, some people have achieved a 4-inch growth even though they are already adults.

How do you do this?

To grow taller, you will need to embark on a series of exercises and stretching. The good news is that this regimen is pretty simple you can incorporate it in your day-to-day activities. You can do this as you get up in the morning, as you shower, or even as you watch TV.
