Gym has become a part of the culture. Everyone wants to stay fit & healthy and get body toned & muscular. For men gym is about getting the body muscular, increasing the muscles, making the bones stronger, etc. For women, gym is about staying fit, keeping weight in control and getting whole body in an attractive curvy shape.
