The condition when the blood goes high is called high blood pressure, if this goes beyond there is a chance of having a stroke, heart disease, It may even lead to kidney failure. When this goes beyond control it causes lot of health problems. If a person is said to have a high blood pressure, there is no permanent cure, instead the patient has to maintain the blood pressure. Your daily diet should include regular amounts of fresh fruit, vegetables and dietary fiber which help to keep you healthy.
