The Octane 37xi and 47xi are Bluetooth compatible, meaning you can connect your iPad to your elliptical wirelessly and use it as your consol. The xi is everything you require of a personal trainer without the monthly fees.
With four different resistance bandsavailable, and three areas to attach them on your elliptical depending on which exercises you intend to preform, there is no reason for you to get tired of your work out. Work your legs and your arms at the same time, hop off and do some core exercises, jump back on the elliptical, get that heart pumping and then use the resistance bands. Unsure which exercises to preform? No worries, octane provides Cross Training, training DVDs instructed by personal trainer Chris Freytag.
Elliptical Trainers offer low impact exercise, which is great for those who have chronic or acute joint pain. With these pains it is essentially to exercise and to stretch to avoid further injury and degeneration of the joints and surrounding muscles, ligaments and tendons.
All our Ellipticals have the reverse stride ability, what this is going to do is work different muscle groups in your legs. Fuel your work out with X-Mode, 1 minute of regular elliptical movement, 20 seconds of either fast, slow, pull arms, push arms, lean back, reverse and lean back or any combination of these. Other features include Arm Blaster and Glute Kicker. Digital heart rate contact sensors or wireless chest strap (Polar coded or non-coded) are both part of the package. Two heart rate programs are provided, Fat Burn as well as Heart Rate Interval.
