Beach is not fun without a beach body really and it’s just weird & embarrassing to sport a bikini with that extra fat in body. Summer is almost there but there’s still some time left to work out and get a good shape. Here are a few tips how to get back in summer shape:-

- Using the stairs: Instead of using elevator at work, mall, station/subway, and everywhere else where there is an option of stairs, using stairs can help to burn lot of calories and reduce excessive body fat. And yes, this works a lot faster than it sounds. Using stairs everyday can reduce weight significantly within a few weeks.

- Reducing junk food consumption: Junk food becomes very heavy to digest. Especially in the routine life of lot of work and having a family to take care of, there remains no time or energy to go to a gym to exercise or even work out at home. And eating lot of junk food in this lifestyle will definitely increase weight. So reducing junk food consumption is a must here. Aerated drinks are also included here.


- Protein shakes: Protein shakes are very heavy and healthy. Protein shakes help to reduce the craving to overeat. Protein shake makes stomach so heavy, there won’t be craving for food for a few hours at-least after drinking it. - Eating more often: No, this isn’t contradictory to what is mentioned above. Eating more often but ‘eating in control’ burns calories. This works perfect if there’s a balanced meal-plan for all day. - Parking vehicle a little far from reach: This sounds ridiculous but on a daily basis, parking vehicle a bit far from reach can increase the distance required to walk to quite good extent. Add fast walking to this and again there’s a great calorie burner idea!


- Drinking more water: This will not only reduce toxins from body but also, solve the problem of overeating. Also, more walking to bathroom means burning more calories again.
