Creating magnetic jewelry is simple. All you need to do is string a length of fishing line with beads of your choice. An anklet could be about 9-12 inches and necklaces could be anywhere between 18-24 inches. When the beading is done, the only tricky part is attaching the magnetic clasps.

You will need a pair of pliers to open the jump rings on both ends of the clasps. Open one end at a time and slip one end of the fishing line on the ring and then close the clasp. Repeat with the piece of clasp and the other side of the fishing line. You need to be patient when doing this because the clasp will keep sticking to the pliers due to its magnetic nature. But, once you are done, both the sides of the magnetic clasps will attach to each other when they are brought together. To open the jewelry piece, you just need to move the clasps apart.
