It is time to use them again. Unllike old clothers, we cannot stack them to give it to charity. This is why we have come up with nine things that you can do with your old extensions

1. Silicone Coating Spritz extensions
Do you want to revive your hair extensions? Spray some silicone coating spritz on them to make your hair extensions soft and maintain their lustrous shine for as long as possible. It especially works well at eliminating tangles and preventing hair extensions from matting.

2. Hair Bow
A hair bow looks trendy, and you can make one out of your old hair extensions. This one may require patience, but we can guarantee you this, that it is much easy to do than trying to attempt the hair bow with your actual hair. Take two old pieces of hair extensionsand a small hair elastic to create your hair bow. You can begin by cutting the clips off one of the hair pieces and laying it down flat.
Later, take both ends and fold them towards the center and tie it with a small hair elastic which will help create a loop ...
... to your bow. Finally, you can take your second hair piece and wrap it around the centre and the hair elastic to fasten the hair bow. You can also use hair clips to secure it to your ponytail or whichever hairstyle you please.

3. Braided Headband
A chunky braid is always a classic and you can use an old extension to get a braided crown. To make your braided headband, tie one end of your longest and most thickest hair extension that matches your current hair shade to a small plastic hairband with a small hair elastic. Finally, split the extension into three strands make a braid out of them. Once you have reached the end tie it with another small hair elastic. Your super chic braided headband is good to go.

4. Chalk Hair
You can keep colour on your hair extensions by chalking them. Take a couple of coloured chalks and chalk the ends of your hair extensions. You do not even have to commit! However, dampen the hair extensions before chalking as this make the chalk stick better to your hair.

5. Dreading
Do you want to know how you look like with dreadlocks? Why not try it by dreading your old hair extensions.

6. Hair Lock Tests
If you go bonkers when you hear color, than you also know the importance of having a hair strand test before dying your hair. Now, you can put your experiment on your hair extensions and perform colour testing on them.

7. Dyed Ends
But if you don’t want to fully commit to the hair trend, then you can always dip dye the ends of your old hair extensions. Not only will you become part of one of the most coveted hair trends of the year, you can also leave it behind and go back to your natural hair shade when ombre does finally decide to fade out. Just remember that hair extensions can only be dyed one or two or darker and cannot be bleached. We all know about girls who rush to their nearest salon to get the Caroline Flack look. If you do not want to commit to a particular trend, just dip your hair extensions in the dye. This way you can try the most coveted trends and go back to your natural shade.

8. Make Your Own Bangs
This way you can see what style of bangs to choose and whether they actually suit you, before going for the chop.
Want to see how you look like with a full fringe? Make your own bangs with your old hair extensions. Take the most thickest wefts (quad) and attach it from ear to ear. You can use the hair from the crown of your head to hide the clips. Later, cut and shape it to your desired style.
There’s plenty of things you can do with your old hair extensions. You can keep adding it to this list.

9. Casual Bun
You can always make a faux messy bun with your old hair extensions. You do not have to worry about knots and tangles.
