I don't know what it is about men and the effect the size of their penis has on their self-esteem. I accept that it does matter a whole lot to them, but as a woman, it does not really matter all that much to me. All that matters is how my man feels about himself so I support the things he wishes to do to make himself better.

I don't really have anything negative to say about all the penis enhancement products and procedures out there. I mean, I guess for men, having options to choose from is a good thing. I am a little wary though of procedures that may have many side effects or have a risk of permanent damage to the organI just feel that options like these are more of a step back than a step forward!

Looking at the options available--the operations, pills, creams, traction machines and exercises and other methods and procedures, many factors come into play. One of which is the effectiveness of the product or procedure. Pills, creams, and other medicinal methods just seem scary since it is just not possible to know what is in them. Also, they cost quite a bit of money and they may just not work.

... br />An operation for my man is not an option at all. That is way out of the question in terms of cost, risk and healing time. Also, I truly think that the options that have instant results are a little fake--something that a man has not worked for in the truest sense!

Exercises and traction machines seem be a good option since they do not cost much and they do not really have too many risks of side effects or potential permanent damage. They also demand a level of commitment and hard work from a man. The actual process takes longer though but in my opinion is better since it is great to see a man working for what he really wants.
