Hello,

Michael Silvester here with another really important article.

You don't want to get caught up in the hype of email marketing sweepstakes.

Let me explain a few pointers of how you can build your own e-mail list of highly profitable customers that are willing to spend money with you. You see if you go in and play the email marketing sweepstakes game you are more likely to be labeled a spammer. You see what happens is that if you market to people that did not specifically ask for you your information you could be in fact committing an offence.

If you are going to take your Internet marketing seriously you need to build your own e-mail list.

That way you have a relationship with your email list and they in fact asked for your marketing material and they are quite willing to receive your e-mails. With email marketing sweepstakes you are using somebody else's e-mail list, and there is no telling where that e-mail list came from in the first place.

You could in fact be breaking the law.

The easiest way to build your own e-mail lists is to generate traffic to your website by sending ...
... people to some sort of opt in e-mail form. Something like a squeeze page would be ideal. A squeeze page is basically a normal landing page that only has the option of leaving a first name and e-mail address. This is the perfect way to generate new e-mail leads to your business.

Ideally you would give away a free report or some sort of reward to the visitors of your website so that they will actually leave their name and e-mail address. Something like a Free 7 day E-course, free report, maybe even a video revealing some secrets on the other side.

But the only true way to become successful in Internet marketing is building your own list, creating a great relationship with the people on your list, and selling them products they actually want to buy. It is just not worth the risk of participating in email marketing sweepstakes. Just send your website traffic to a squeeze page and you can generate your own list.

That is way better for your business and your future.
Email Marketing Sweepstakes, are a waste of time. Visit this website to see how to do email marketing properly. http://www.instantemailsubjectlines.com
