Based on my own experience and personal study, if you want to stay sharpened all day and increase an individual alertness without affecting the sleep, take a modafinil dosage of 200mg a day. You may either take it all at once each morning or split it down half in the morning along with half at mid-day. I usually take it at one time when I wake up. That may give you all the important things about Modafinil. You can start with smaller sized dose if you like, you can also go up to 300-400mg but go up gradually if you need to. A lot of researches reveal that smaller dose are merely as efficient since bigger one. Thus there’s no point in taking too much.
